Salon Policies

• Starting January 1, 2007 The Salon for you! Spa & Salon will no longer accept checks. We accept CASH, VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and ATM debit cards.
• We have a "no cancellation" policy on all spa appointments. This excludes any other hair care services. Your appointment must be reserved with a credit card and "no shows" and canceled appointments will be billed to card given.
• Unhappy with your cut or color? We will gladly redo it for you. We will not refund any money if client leaves our salon and decides, once they have left, that they do not like it. Let us know at the time of service.
• Remember our Gift Certificates, they make great gifts. Purchase them in $25 monetary amount and up. Gift certificates are non-refundable and we are not responsible if lost or stolen. All Gift Certificates expire ONE year from issue date. Gift Certificates cannot be used for services or products already discounted or with other promotional offers.
• Please leave cell phones at home so that you may completely relax.
• Please leave children at home unless services are being performed on them.
  

A credit card reservation is required when making any Spa appointment (i.e., Spa packages, Massage, Pedicure, Manicure, Body Wraps and Facials). Once appointment for this is made, it may not be canceled or rescheduled for any reason or visit is forfeited and credit card will be billed the full amount. This also applies for "no show" appointments. We have professional, caring and talented staff and their time is valuable. We have to assure their clients will be there on time and not cancel at the last minute.

When receiving any of our services please leave personal, valuable items (i.e., purses, watches, earrings, rings, necklaces, hairclips, any accessories that needs to be removed before service) at home.

The Salon for you! Spa & Salon is not responsible for anything that is lost or stolen.

Refund Policy

Unhappy with a product you purchase in our boutique? Return it within 2 weeks of purchasing it and we will refund/exchange your money in full.
