The Salon for you! Spa & Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen Membership Cards.

Memberships and discounts expire one year from date of purchase. No exceptions. If all of the services are not redeemed within the year of purchase, your spa membership still holds the remaining value of your purchase. Each service performed beyond the expiration date will be deducted from your balance of the value of your card.

Complimentary service can be used for Hair (cuts & color), Pedicures, Manicures or Facials. If you do not use the complimentary service before your membership expires it will be forfeited. Gift certificates, coupons or other promotional offers may not be used on any Spa membership or guest specials. We reserve the right to terminate any membership for misuse.

Your Membership Card must be presented upon checkout. Absolutely no exceptions. If it is not, client agrees to pay for all services scheduled and/or performed. We can hold your membership card for your convenience if you like.

Services may be "gifted" to another individual as long as that individual is in possession of the Membership Card when they come for their appointment(s). It is a punch-type card.
